If you know you have been recently exposed to Covid, you are required to get a negative PCR test before returning to classes. If you have been traveling by air, please take a couple of days to assure you are well. If you have any symptoms please get a negative PCR before jumping back into class. If you are not sure whether you should take class or not (due to the nature of your exposure to Covid), email Nancy directly before showing up for class, and she will make that determination. This goes for masked or unmasked participants. General rule-err on the side of caution please.
One Big Yes is asking to please refrain from class if you are feeling any sign of illness at all, even a sniffle or a cough.

Intermediate Outdoor Class
Tuesday September 21, 2021 @ 11:00 am - 12:15 pm
An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until Friday October 1, 2021
We begin each class with a thorough warmup starting with an easy follow-along sequence. This gets the blood flowing, and gently wakes up our muscles, joints, and quick starts the heart. Then we move into more specific technical skills including tendues, plies, standing stretches, adagio, and a combination. We learn the sequences slowly and well, and replace certain sections, when it feels like it is time to challenge ourselves with something new. The combination is usually repeated over 3 or 4 classes, enabling the students to dive more deeply into the material over a couple of weeks. Music is vital to Nancy’s classes, and to her very being. She uses a wide variety of music including Funk, Classical, Latin, Indian, Pop, and anything she hears that moves her. Classes are fun, challenging, fantastic for the brain, energizing, and inspiring for the body and soul. They foster lasting community, lifetime friendships, increased longevity, and incredible vitality.
By registering and attending One Big Yes Productions dance classes, all students waive all claims against Nancy Cranbourne and/or One Big Yes Productions associated with this activity including injury and illness.
